Brief description |
The Fulbright Program is pleased to announce the opening of the application season for the Vietnamese Scholar Program (VSP), through which Vietnamese scholars and professors will receive grants to lecture and/or conduct research at American educational institutions for three to nine months.
Successful applicants will be provided with a stipend and living expenses for the full term of the grant, round-trip airfare and health and accident insurance.

REQUIREMENTS: Individuals interested in applying for the VSP must:
1. Hold an M.A. or Ph.D. degree (or an equivalent degree in some specific professionals)
2. Be Vietnamese citizens
3. Have English skills adequate to conduct their research and/or lectures in the
United States
Field ofstudy: Applicants from all fields are welcome to apply. Priority wjll be given to scholars in the academic disciplines of Higher Education Administration, Law, Public Administration, Environmental Studies & Policy, Foreign Policy, Public Health, American Studies, Women's Studies, Economics (including international economics and agricultural economics).
