The purpose of the position is directly support to Manager Operations in management of Loan, Auto Finance and Personal Banking Administration to ensure an excellent level of customer service, processing efficiency and effective controls are achieved, overseeing the training and development of junior staffs. |

Job Description:
1. Support Manager Operations in managing Loan, Personal Banking and Auto Finance Admin/Support teams and ensure all credit, audit and other internal and external inspections for corporate finance service/personal finance service produce a satisfactory outcome with all subsequent
• Ensure compliance with Group operating risk Group credit policy manuals /procedures and be accountable & responsible for fraud and risk mitigation
• Ensure all relevant documentations are collected and filed in accordance with policy and procedure
• Ensure validity and completeness of transactions processed
• Ensure that exceptions are authorised/overridden by appropriate authority
• Ensure any concessions relative to exchange rate, fees and charges are authorised/overridden by appropriate authority
• Ensure reconciliation is performed in line with internal policies
2. Customer Service
• Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in a prompt time frame to ensure that Bank is not exposed to potential losses
• Ensure friendly and responsive customer service by all staff.
• Ensuring service quality and processing within agreed standards
3. Risk Management/ Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure daily conducts are within the Group and local compliance guidelines.
• Ensure all relevant documentations are collected and file in accordance with policy and procedures
• Be accountable for fraud and risk mitigation.
• Risk events are reported to the Risk and Compliance Manager and managed for optimal outcome both in respect to the event itself and the risk drivers/control failures that lead to the event
• Full understanding of own area’s internal policy and procedural requirements as well as regulatory/statutory requirements of Central Bank, Securities and Exchange Commission and other statutory/regulatory bodies.
• Appropriate implementation (procedure and awareness) of Operational Risk policies is undertaken effectively and internal compliance failures managed after reporting to Risk Managers
• Own area’s operations have the appropriate level of regulatory obligation assessment undertaken in terms of the Group standard and are documented in relevant procedures including reporting.

4. Continuous Improvement and Change Implementation
• Actively monitor and assist other team members to fulfil group’s work when required/ necessary.
• Be capable of relieving Manager, Operations
• Continuous improvement focus in operations management
• Embracing and supporting change
• Ensuring the sharing of ‘best practice’
Implementing, monitoring and review of outcomes
Yêu Cầu:
• University degree in Economics, Banking and Finance or Foreign Trade
• Minimum 5 years of work in relevant area
• Strong leadership, communication, problem sovling
• Good command of English (both written and oral)
• Ability to work independently under high pressure
• Computer litercy
