Brief description |
1. Together with sales force to achieve the annual revenue target of sales department
2. Responsible for target sales revenue set by DOSM, carry out sales calls as required.
3. Actively participate in hotels PR to make it a more recognizable establishment by attending all in-house promotions and being an active member in organizations around town

4. Actively participate in providing direction to the Sales Department in order to maximize the revenue of hotel.
5. Secure new market segments by building business relationships with new arrivals and rekindling sleeping accounts.
6. Follow through on other tasks assigned by DOSM or GM
Yêu Cầu:
At least two years experience handling Sales and Marketing activities as a manager, preferably in the hospitality industry. Ability to work in a computer based, multi-task environment. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as have the ability to consider, evaluate and make sound business decisions regarding financial related questions. Must be familiar with laws, regulations and generally accepted Sales and Marketing principles within the country.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business related field, or equivalent work experience.
Other: Must be computer proficient. Have ability to communicate fluently in the English language, both verbally and in writing. Be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
